Payment terms and conditions

Payment may be made against an invoice. Payments against invoices differ depending on whether you are a first-time customer or a returning customer.

Existing customer
Existing customers have the possibility to pay their orders via invoices that are issued by Exact i Butik. The invoice will be sent separately from the shipment and must be paid as per your applicable agreement. Payments after the due date will have penalty interest of 1.5% per month debited. Exact i Butik retains the ownership rights to the products sold until payment has been settled in full.

New customer
New customers will always pay for their first order in advance. After a credit assessment, other payment terms and conditions will possibly be determined.

Delivery terms and conditions

Delivery will occur on workdays, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, request notification in the event of uncertain staffing. If the delivery address is not staffed during a delivery attempt, then a new delivery fee will be incurred. Packaging is included. We will however debit for EUR pallets and pallet collars.

Delivery generally occurs as per the conditions: DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid. For customer pick-up of purchases, the following delivery condition will however apply: FCA – Free Carrier. Customers are themselves responsible for transport insurance and any possible adjustments for damages. Both conditions are with respect to INCOTERMS 2000.

Damages
Visible damages or missing goods must be reported directly on the consignment note, before signing. Hidden damages must be reported to Exact i Butik within 7 days, subsequent to which no compensation will be paid.

Shipping costs for purchases via e-commerce
For delivery from our central warehouse with a lorry, the shipping price will be determined based on the total sum of the order (value of goods without VAT).

Terms and conditions for returns

You have full rights to send back goods within 10 days that do not meet your expectations. Ring customer service for information on the method to perform a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. For purchases of large quantities, a sample must first be ordered in order for the return right to be applicable.

Damaged goods are not encompassed by the return right.

We will not reimburse damages originated by the customer. The return right does not apply for specially ordered goods that are not included in our Web-based commerce.
