For Exact i Butik’s customers, suppliers and contact persons
As you certainly already know, a new law has been introduced concerning the handling of personal data. It is called the General Data Protection Regulation and is a new data protection law that went into effect in the EU on 25 May 2018. The GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act [Sw: PuL].
It is important to us at Exact i Butik that you feel comfortable with how we handle your personal data. Hence we are open about how we collect, process and grant access to the data that we save in our systems.
Why do we save your data? Exact i Butik has formulated a quality assurance policy that you can find at our Web site. The first and most important point reads as follows:
”Exact i Butik will always treat our customers and contact persons in a high-quality and professional manner such that specified requirements are satisfied and that we consequently become the obvious first choice as a supplier.”
This in specific involves us using our registry as a tool for achieving this requirement in our policy.
The new law involves you as a customer/supplier having a number of rights. Among other things, you have the right to obtain a registry extract containing your personal data, for example your name and contact information.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at Exact i Butik if you have any questions concerning our implementation of the new data protection act!
